- Design, implement, and monitor positive behavior support systems for individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Participate as a team member in order to facilitate enriched quality of life, desired lifestyles, increased levels of independence and productivity, and social/physical integration.
- Provide direct clinical services as well as review behavioral staff reports/plans.
- Participate as a member of our professional interdisciplinary clinical team which provides assessments, intervention strategies, and consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain an approved criminal background check specific to the role.
- Commitment to maintaining active BCBA certification.
