- Like, really good. You know how to tell your stories in a compelling way whether it be verbal, written, or visual communication, translating complex topics into compelling content
- Graphic design across a variety of mediums, including but not limited to branding and promotional collateral, presentation decks, videos, event-related creative assets, and website creative elements
- Brand building and governance
- Working with executive leadership, cross-department colleagues, and a variety of external stakeholders
- Taking a project from nothing to wow through organized, creative execution
- Developing and executing strategic plans
- Setting a high bar for you and your team…and then surpassing it
- Driving and participating in continuous process improvement efforts
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and you’ve worked at least 10 years in an in-house corporate environment or agency. If you don’t have a degree but have alternative education or experience, that works too.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, and you know how to motivate and empower your team.
- Deep knowledge of branding, marketing, and graphic design principles, trends, and tools
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or a desire to learn it; B2B experience preferred
- Proven results from driving content marketing programs
- Direct experience building virtual event attendee portals a plus (via CVENT, RainFocus, etc.)
- A passion for life-long learning, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
