- Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality food standards
- Operate and manage the pastry section of the kitchen, working with other chefs
- Prepare a variety of attractive and appetizing baked goods
- Assist the Back of House management team in various aspects of the kitchen, including ordering, inventorying, equipment needs, etc.
- Maintain high standards in all areas of safety, security and sanitation, including preventative maintenance, cleaning and repairs of equipment
- At least one year of restaurant kitchen experience in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of and adherence to health department regulations and food handling and storage rocedures
- Technical and natural baking abilities
