- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
- Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized luxury shopping experience.
- Develop a client book and engage through follow-ups, invitations to events, and personal styling sessions.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations.
- Uphold the brand's values, image, and standards at all times.
- Stay updated on brand history, new collections, and industry trends.
- Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions efficiently and handle POS system operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
- Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
- Retail Experience - Previous experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands
- Exceptional Communication - Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients.
- Sales-Driven Mindset - Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
