- Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new commercial HVAC business leads.
- Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioning systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their HVAC and plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales quotas sales activity and metrics assigned
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients.
- Complete consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customer/prospect decision-makers within a designated territory.
- Complete required Customer KPI expectations, CRM-Service Titian entries, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy
- Prior sales experience required
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, construction, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Commercial HVAC systems and services.
- Ability to build relationships and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients
- Responsibilities may require working weekends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
