For more information, please visit our website: .Description of Role:MMR is seeking a District Fleet Safety Coordinator out of our Odessa, TX district. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of vehicle safety and regulatory compliance programs within the assigned district. This role ensures that all company-owned and operated vehicles, including non-regulated (regular), CMV and DOT-regulated vehicles—are operated safely and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for fleet safety matters at the district level.Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Vehicle Safety Oversight
- DOT Compliance
- Non-DOT Fleet Compliance
- Training and Coaching (Samsara Camera ID, Dashboard training, etc.)
- Incident/Accident Management
- Reporting and Data Analysis
-Administrative and Collaborative tasks (serves as liaison between corporate fleet safety and district-level personnel)Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Fleet Safety and/or Fleet Management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Ability to upload, track, and report on employee training.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work.
  • Ability to work 40 hours or more a week Monday through Friday in-person from 8am-5pm.
