  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of a consumer-packaged goods business from the perspective of the Henkel HCB Finance function
  • Get experience and perspective via finance onboarding & trainings, projects that contribute to the success of the business, networking with finance leadership, and mentorship program
  • Providing business controlling and finance support to the business
  • Expanding your skills in overall financial management and reporting with full exposure to the P&L
  • Completing an independent and group project that will support short-, mid-, and long-term financial and strategic planning
What makes you a good fit
  • An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to Power BI and/or SAP is a plus

  • This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  • Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
