Actalent is looking for a Assistant Project ManagerDescription:Our client is looking for an APM to join their team to help support their smaller projects. Lower level is okay. Ideally someone with 1-3 years of construction experience (preferably from a GC) OR someone just finishing school with a degree in Construction Management.Daily tasks would include :assist with submittalsassist with RFI'slearning and completing daily reportsSkills:Project management, Construction, Construction management, Rfi, Change order, Project coordinationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Technologically sound : a lot of their work is performed within a cloud base, office wise.Strong communication skillsConstruction programming/software background if possibleUnderstanding RFI/SubmittalsSome sort of college courses in Construction Management are needed.
