  • Supporting the tax department training and mentoring initiatives by developing and facilitating team training sessions.
  • Processing financial and tax data using professional tax software.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to determine opportunities and ensuring application of tax credits.
  • Supporting the execution of tax planning by updating tax analysis and working with tax leadership.
  • Discussing tax issues and managing tax notices with business teams and presenting tax results to senior management.
  • Supporting the tax returns process by facilitating audit documentation maintenance and procedural developments by sharing audit process information with compliance.
  • Escalating potential exposure items to senior analysts and management and ensuring accuracy of tax returns, forms, and audits by assessing tax work papers for federal, state, and international operations.
  • Advising internal and external customers on company tax compliance practices.
