- Partner with the VP of Media & Marketing Transformation to elevate creative effectiveness and efficiency by delivering, defining, and driving the adoption of transformation projects, tools, and training across the enterprise.
- Responsible for the end-to-end content development process from concept ideation, pre-production work, on-set direction, and final execution of all assets aligned to brand strategies and standards.
- Coach brand teams and cross-functional partners on how to drive consistent storytelling excellence across all consumer touchpoints, aligned to best-in-class brand assets.
- Oversee the BBU Way for Social Strategy and consult with brand teams on executing, including influencer selection and management.
- Oversee social listening reporting and our approach to agile marketing to break into cultural conversations.
- Responsible for centralized agency management and governance (internal and external), holding our agencies accountable to pre-defined deliverables and standards. Excludes our Media Agency of Record.
- Oversees the process and governance for fonts, our digital asset management (DAM) platform, and maintenance of brand books and style guidelines.
- Oversee Content Managers who participate on our Learning Labs Development Team and run our brand-building experiments.
- Co-author with corporate comms, legal, finance, and procurement marketing policies.
- Partners with cross-functional associates to identify data and technology requirements, running RFPs as needed.
- Regularly present to Bimbo Bakeries USA and Grupo Bimbo leaders.
- Build, lead, and mentor a forward-thinking team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to foster growth and improve performance.
- Remote with travel role, with preferred locations in Philadelphia or Chicago.
- Ability to travel 10-20% domestically and/or internally for internal meetings, conferences, and/or creative shoots.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in agency and/or brand roles.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field required - a master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of deep digital experience.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a plus.
- Understanding the inner workings of agencies across creative, packaging, digital, social, and PR.
- Collaborations with peers in consumer insights and media, driving consumer-centric activations.
- Strong understanding of content production.
- Experience co-creating with creators and influencers.
- Experience with packaging design, aligned to best practices to stand out on the shelf.
- Understanding of website functionality, architecture, user interfaces, and navigation to consult with brand teams when planning enhancements and launching new websites.
