Our Summer Internship Program, beginning in June 2026, provides immersive training and introduction to Santander. You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your development during the internship.The 2026 Santander Summer Internship Program is for undergraduate students and/or graduate level students who have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.Santander US is a nationwide business with locations across the country. This position is located in Miami, FL, or New York, NY.
- The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

This role offers exposure to a global organization while providing opportunities to learn how cutting-edge research, emerging technologies, and customer-centric design fuel next-generation banking experiences.What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Research & Innovation
o Explore new fintech solutions, digital tools, and industry shifts that could influence future banking capabilities.
o Help synthesize research findings into insights and recommendations for product and innovation roadmaps.
- Customer Experience & Journeys
o Research emerging trends and best practices in digital experiences to inspire future journey improvements.
- Product Development Support
o Support agile product processes across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
o Contribute to quality assurance by helping test new functionalities developed by product teams.
- Stakeholder & Data Engagement
o Analyze user and application data to identify friction points and recommend strategies to improve conversion and engagement.What we are looking for
- An undergraduate student/ graduate student with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Area of Study: Technology, IT, Digital or related field
- Cumulative GPA is 3.3 or above.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage.
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required.
- Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently on special projects.
- Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment.
- Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business. (Preferred)
- Experience in Microsoft Office products. (Preferred)
- Experience in Jira. (Preferred)
