Job Description:SUMMARYTo provide resort guests with food and beverage products. Professionally make and serve guests with beverages. Must be 21 or older. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESServe resort guests in a timely and courteous mannerAid Servers in any guest service functionReceive payment and provide changeDaily balancing of individual bankClean food and beverage preparation areasBe cost conscious and honestContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and as assignedFlexible working hours. Some job sharing may be required.This is not an exhaustive list and other duties may be added, as necessary.RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY:Protect the safety of self-workers, and Grand Targhee Resort guests.Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Resort's Occupational Safety & Health Compliance Manual and department-specific procedures or manuals.Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others.Drive in accordance with the law and Grand Targhee Resort policies.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONSMust be 21 or older. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Six months or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledgeable and skillful at running a cash register, previous cash handling experience helpful.LANGUAGE SKILLSContacts with guests and employees involving routine exchange of information.?Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.REASONING ABILITYAbility to conduct detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions.
