Description of Job Duties (Please list major type of duties performed)1. Complete preventative maintenance per schedule or as assigned on CNC Lathes/Mills, general machines and Hobbers/Shapers.2. Monitor coolant system and documentation as required3. Clean and repair chip conveyors4. Responsible for lube oil and grease for production cells5. Housekeeping of Chemical Storage area6. General building and Janitorial maintenance7. Responsible to monitor and maintain records for recycling efforts8. Assist Maintenance Technicians in completing tasks9. Ongoing training with Maintenance Tech’s to improve skills in hydraulics/pneumatics10. Assist or back-up Janitorial staff as needed.11. Follow Housekeeping, Safety (lockout/tagout) & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)12. Comply with all applicable requirements for the Quality and Environmental Systems13.
