We are committed to excellence, integrity, and developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople through hands-on training and mentorship.Position Summary:We are hiring a motivated Electrical Apprentice with at least 2 years experience to join our residential service team. This role offers hands-on experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, working under the guidance of licensed electricians. It's a great opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career in the electrical trade.Key Responsibilities:Assist with installing and repairing residential electrical systems (outlets, switches, light fixtures, breakers, service panels)Pull wire, mount boxes, and prepare job sites and materialsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow safety protocols, electrical codes, and company proceduresCommunicate clearly with electricians, team members, and homeownersTrack materials and time on work orders/service ticketsParticipate in on-the-job and classroom training to meet Texas licensing requirementsQualifications:High school diploma or GEDRegistered as an Electrical Apprentice with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (or willing to register immediately)Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong work ethic, willingness to learn, and basic tool knowledgePhysically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environmentsReliable, punctual, and professional demeanorWhat We Offer:$15–$20 per hour, depending on experiencePaid, on-the-job training and mentorshipClear path to advancement within the companyHealth insurance and retirement benefit optionsSupportive, team-based work cultureWork Environment:Work is performed in residential homes across Central Texas and may include attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor areas.
