We are seeking a hands-on IT Project/Program Manager with extensive expertise in SAP, to lead and deliver critical Infrastructure related technology initiatives that support our clients' fast-paced, results-oriented environment. As a bridge between IT and business operations, you will ensure the seamless execution of technology solutions while adapting to the unique demands of a site-based environment. Your expertise in managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading strategic delivery will be essential in driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Oversee Programs: Manage multiple project teams across regions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technology programs within a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units and IT teams to tailor technology solutions to operational needs, ensuring alignment with site-based realities.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee the delivery of services by third-party partners, including managing RFP and RFQ processes with procurement.
- Drive Strategic Change: Implement innovative strategies that optimize delivery timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
- Governance and Oversight: Lead steering committees, provide strategic insights, and ensure that projects remain on track by managing emerging risks and issues.
- On-the-Ground Support: Offer hands-on leadership when necessary, providing direct guidance to ensure smooth program execution.
- 5+ years of IT Program Management experience - Enterprise Infrastructure focused
- Experience in leading and delivering SAP programs globally is essential
- Experience working with global distributed leadership and IT teams
- Project and Program leadership experience bridging collaborative environments and building trust across diverse teams.
- Extensive experience managing SI partners in IT delivery including leading RFP, RFQ processes with procurement.
- Experience working in site-based operations, with a solid understanding of the challenges specific to manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Highly organized with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proven ability to drive results and manage complex IT initiatives.
- Solid experience with IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure), and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP).
- PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
