By serving industries such as biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and commercial water applications, our technology empowers customers and colleagues to make an impact on public health and well-being.Discover Impactful Work:As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the worldA day in the Life:Operating cartridge equipment to pleat, trim, cut seal membrane media, sub assemble, cap, final assembly, testing, drying and packaging of cartridges.Performing various production operations including the operating of multiple machines, where it can be done safely, and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required.Observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices. Keeping the work area clean and orderly.Assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment.Assisting other department members as needed to ensure safety and maximize output. Assisting in the training of other employees as necessary.Completing quality checks and, if a discrepancy is found, working with appropriate team members to solve the problem.Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.Keys to Success:EducationPossess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).ExperienceOne (1) year or more of plant, manufacturing, and/or warehouse experienceKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to work 3rd Shift (Sunday Night – Friday Morning; 11pm - 7am)Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed.Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance.Post-high school educationBasic computer knowledgeGood communication skillsBenefits:We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
