Who we're looking for:We're seeking a Service Manager at Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores. The Service Manager carries out supervisory and advisory responsibilities to service department staff in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, following applicable State and Federal laws. With a focus on customer satisfaction, they ensure that high-quality service is consistently delivered. They manage and mentor a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentJob responsibilities: * Forecasts all required goals and objectives for the department to achieve annual operating budgets and maintains reporting systems
Inspects, tests and measures completed work to verify conformance to defined quality standards
Monitors employee work levels, ensuring compliance with manufacturer's warranty and safety procedures
Establishes and maintains good working relationships to exceed district benchmarks for customer satisfaction index (CSI) and enhances recruitment by establishing rapport with technical schools
Resolves all customer complaints immediately and effectively
Communicates with customers to obtain detailed descriptions of vehicle problems and discusses work to be performed and/or future repair recommendations and requirements
