- B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in software development.
- Knowledge of Python programming language.
- Knowledge of RESTful services, as well as JSON parsing and querying.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies and concepts, including processing and analyzing large-scale datasets.
- Understanding of NiFi concepts for data integration, flow management, and system interoperability.
- Basic familiarity with cloud storage and compute services, such as AWS S3 and EC2, is essential.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the defense industry and/or intelligence community.
- Willingness to learn new skills and concepts and collaborate closely with senior team leads.
- Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of ETLs and APIs.
- Understanding of security products focusing on IAM, a plus.
- Capable of implementing Python services using Flask and have knowledge of RESTful services, JSON parsing and querying, as well as Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Parquet and Airflow, a plus.
- Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
