- Assist in new equipment introduction (fabrication, assembly, and qualification)
- Assist in Process Validation activities for new test processes (work instruction development and process validation execution)
- Report/document results of tests and measures. Ensure compliance and quality of all activities
- Works on projects, often requiring independent decision-making

- Works on projects, often requiring independent decision-making
- Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence.
- Support in product qualification package.
- Opportunity to learn and execute Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business.
- Conducting data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving.
- A full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or another related technical discipline.
- At least 24 credit hours of coursework toward a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or another related technical discipline; minimum of sophomore year standing.
- A GPA of at least 3.0.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Able to work for a minimum of 10 weeks.
- Must be willing to relocate
