Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the hotel property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
  • Assist with seasonal projects, including grounds maintenance and snow removal.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Skills & Requirements:
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Climbing ladders and navigating stairs.
Performance Measurement:
  • 90-day performance review, annual performance review, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
