- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the hotel property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Assist with seasonal projects, including grounds maintenance and snow removal.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Frequent lifting, bending, and walking.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Climbing ladders and navigating stairs.
