- Design and develop materials aligned with marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and sales strategies
- Create training materials for internal audiences (e.g., sales teams, partners) and external audiences (e.g., distribution partners, customers, prospects)
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify learning needs and translate them into engaging content; material will include e-learning modules, webinars, video scripts, infographics, tutorials, and interactive content
- Utilize instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles
- Develop and adapt content for optimal performance across various platforms, including LMS, social media, websites, and email campaigns, considering best practices for each channel
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field with 5-years of experience or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field with 3-years of experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or content creation ideally with a marketing or sales enablement focus in the Healthcare/Life Sciences industry
- Background in adult learning theory or corporate training and video editing or motion graphics experience
