Job Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead the estimating and project execution efforts for underground wet utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working on municipal excavation, site work, and utility installations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for underground utility and excavation projectsManage projects from bid award through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metCoordinate with municipalities, subcontractors, field crews, and internal teamsRead and interpret civil plans, specs, and bid documentsTrack project progress and change ordersEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:5+ years of estimating and project management experience in municipal underground wet utilitiesStrong knowledge of excavation, water, sewer, and storm drain systemsFamiliar with local codes and permitting processesProficient in estimating and project management softwareExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary (DOE)Performance-based bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPTO and paid holidaysContact with a resume
