
Quality Technician - Calibration / Incoming Inspection - 2nd Shift

- Inspect and approve incoming material by confirming engineering specifications, conducting visual and/or measurement tests. Includes rejecting and returning unacceptable material if applicable.
- Manage measurement tools within incoming inspection lab. In addition, lead calibration efforts within facility for all measurement tools and/or gages to ensure ISO 9K compliance
- Utilize digital tools to ensure quality inspections are being complete with corrective actions identified and implemented.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Ensure component conformity according engineering drawings, by managing incoming inspection & metrology activities inside the plant and ensure the safety of persons and property in the working area
- Perform Measurement System Analysis (Gage R&R)
- Manage the calibration program of measurement equipment for the plant
