- 30% commission (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold.
- $500 minimum commission when you attain 10 sales in a given month, retroactive to the first unit sold
- Other spiffs and bonuses are available as dictated by management.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from top providers, ensuring timely follow-up and appointment scheduling.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Be the expert on our vehicles-know the details, features, and latest technology to assist customers.
- Sales Process: Provide customers with detailed information, answer questions, and offer additional photos or details as needed.
- Follow-Up & Engagement: Maintain customer interest by sending regular promotional emails and staying in touch.
- Negotiation & Closing: Align customer needs with the right vehicle and financing options and close the sale.
- Sales Maximization: Track leads to ensure the highest level of sales and resource effectiveness.
- Record Keeping: Submit accurate and complete records for both the dealership and the customer.
- Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks while meeting and exceeding deadlines.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.

- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
