
Associate Brand Manager

- Lead Core Business Analysis: Own ongoing business analysis using IRI, shipment data, and other tools to uncover insights, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. You'll also lead inputs into key business review processes, helping guide leadership decision-making.
- Drive Marketing Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams, global counterparts, and media agencies to develop, execute, and track brand initiatives, from media and creative to packaging.
- Budget Ownership: Manage brand budget, ensuring accurate monthly reconciliation in partnership with Finance and agency teams.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of base business priorities and cross-functional projects such as product and process improvements that impact brand performance.
- Support Integrated Planning: Lead or support development of communication tools and brand-building programs, including displays, packaging, and digital content.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally and align key stakeholders around priority initiatives. You'll present recommendations to senior leaders and play an active role in day-to-day business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
- 2-3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Management, or Category Management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- A passion for building great brands and a collaborative, can-do mindset.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse global teams.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, panel data, consumer research) into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and managing timelines effectively.
- Solid understanding of core business operations, including budget management and basic P&L understanding.
- Experience in using syndicated data and consumer insights to guide decision-making is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
