Shift Hours: 2-Day Shift Positions | 2-2-3 Schedule | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $36–$38/hour with Overtime (OT paid on 48-hour weeks)About the Role:
Our client, a growing manufacturer in Shelbyville, KY, is hiring two hands-on Production Supervisors to lead day shift operations on a 2-2-3 schedule. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Lead or Team Lead looking to take the next step into a supervisory role. Candidates must have prior experience using PIM (Plant Information Management) systems and supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support daily production operations across 12-hour shiftsMonitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement using PIM dataEnsure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met or exceededCoach, train, and direct production team members to meet operational goalsCollaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtimeReport shift activity, production issues, and team performance to upper managementLead by example in enforcing safety protocols and company policiesQualifications / Requirements:2+ years of experience in a lead, maintenance, or supervisory role in manufacturingFamiliarity with PIM systems or other data-driven production toolsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsComfortable working a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with alternating 48- and 36-hour weeksAbility to troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issuesHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certifications a plus
