Responsibilities include:
- Oversee GSO-DM Project Leads working on studies within a program to ensure delivery of all timelines and deliverables for the GSO-DM components.
- Plan and lead all aspects of GSO-DM activities for various TA programs and projects.
- Manage risk, resources, strategic portfolio, quality, and stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert to ensure best practices in all GSO-DM processes and consistency across programs.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate resourcing levels in partnership with FSP to ensure appropriate distribution and accountability for portfolio demands.
- Contribute to the process and/or technical implementation of GSO-DM strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and/or working groups.
- Develop, review, and implement policies, SOPs, and associated documents affecting Data Management globally.
- Provide technical and process input and leadership on process improvement activities, new and emerging technologies.
- Experience in clinical data management activities within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Direct oversight experience in data management study start-up, maintenance, and closeout.
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience, Master's degree and 6 years of experience, Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, Associate's degree and 10 years of experience, High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience.
