The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.Job DescriptionThe Automation Manager, Platform Monetization, is a strategic operator of intelligent systems that drive revenue acceleration across NBCU Streaming.You will partner with Product and cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered solutions and automated workflows into planning operations—removing manual effort, streamlining repetitive tasks, and enabling teams to focus on high-value work. You’ll champion the operationalization of intelligence, ensuring platform monetization strategies are executed with greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency.Duties and Responsibilities:Knowledge & Workflow Optimization
  • Partner with Product, Planning, Ops, and Account Management to design, refine, and implement AI-enabled tools and automated workflows.
  • Ensure tools are aligned with business priorities, governed for accuracy, and continuously improved based on user feedback.
  • Standardize and streamline recurring processes to eliminate manual, time-consuming tasks.
AI Operations & Automation
  • Monitor AI tool performance through routine audits, track functionality, user experience, and resolution of recurring issues.
  • Manage AI-driven workflows that automate high-volume tasks like media plan population and sponsorship rate input consolidation.
Training & Adoption
  • Collaborate with Planning, Inventory, Engineering, and Product teams to embed AI tools into training and daily operations.
  • Lead communication and engagement strategies to promote usage and ensure alignment with team goals.
Reporting & Strategic Development
  • Track key performance metrics of accuracy, adoption, repeat usage, and monetization impact, and share findings with leadership.
  • Maintain clear documentation of changes and use data insights to guide roadmap planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media planning, inventory management, operations, or related roles.
  • Proven ability with digital ad planning tools and sponsorship management.
  • High proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional relationships, driving operational improvements, and leading automation projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
