- Supervise and coordinate all phases of underground utility pipe construction projects, including water, sewer, drainage, and lift station installations.
- Manage and oversee crew and ensure safety amongst project and crewmembers
- Order necessary materials, tools, and equipment for crews and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Track crew production and maintain accurate daily reports, time sheets, and safety logs.
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure work meets design and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in underground utility pipe projects, including water, sewer, drainage, and lift stations.
- Experience in scheduling, organizing, and managing crews to maintain productivity and project timelines.
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards for trenching, excavating, and confined spaces, with a commitment to job site safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
