- Guide and mentor a team of Sales Operations specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and celebrate wins.
- Own the end-to-end lead routing process—ensuring every lead finds its way to the right rep at the right time.
- Audit and enhance sales processes, driving efficiency and accuracy across the board.
- Manage and optimize our tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach (with Kaia), LeanData, Qualified, and Spekit.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Track and forecast sales performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Lead A/B testing and adopt data-driven recommendations to boost engagement and conversions.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve segmentation, territory management, and buyer journey handoffs.
- Be a hands-on project manager for high-priority initiatives that directly impact revenue growth.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies—especially AI and automation—to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM strategy, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools (Outreach, LeanData, Qualified, Spekit).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools for sales processes.
