Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeThe Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of therapy operations within the hospital, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and staff competency across all therapy disciplines. The Director oversees performance improvement initiatives, supports clinical program development, and collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical staff to drive outcomes and operational excellence. The role also requires strong team collaboration across multi-campus settings, promoting consistency in care standards, staff development, and operational practices. Qualifications and requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Pathologist.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of three (3) years of previous therapy management experience required.
Proficiency of rehabilitation skills in discipline specific area of PT, OT or ST with the ability to treat patients and mentor staff as neededConnect with our Recruiter
