- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and developing the members of the facilities team.
- Oversee and contract repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of work of members and contractors/vendors to ensure an environment which is healthy. secure and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in development of and monitoring the property maintenance budget. Approving and evaluating expenditures to stay within budget guidelines.
- Maintain accurate files and records for contracted services, equipment, safety, buildings and supplies.
- A passion to help others
- Minimum of three year’s experience in maintenance work, previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Associate’s Degree in facility management or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
