Position: Craft Recruiter (Electrical)
Company: Loenbro - Industrial Services Group
Location: Casper, WY or Westminster, COLoenbro is currently looking to hire Craft Recruiter for our Rockies Region. This position will be responsible for sourcing and hiring quality candidates by using internal ATS system, job boards, and social media to fill existing vacant positions and generate a consistent candidate pool. Experience with recruiting “Electrical Craft “personnel is a must for this position.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing of potential new hires
  • Utilize job boards and social media sites to identify and attract potential candidates (such as, Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn)
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Conducting preliminary phone interviews.
  • Maintaining a shared customized tracking database of all candidates.
  • Attend job fairs and industry events.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as direct by the Corporate Recruiter
Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience; preferably with skilled trades.
  • Detail oriented individual.
  • Computer skills to include (Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking System, etc.).
  • Able to complete tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our managers
Qualification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, especially in the context of construction or related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of construction safety and industry-specific onboarding processes is advantageous.
Essential Requirements:
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Climbing up and down stairs and ladders
  • Lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Driving if required to travel to and from locations
  • Occasionally may need to kneel, reach or stoop
  • If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
