Housley Group is seeking a skilled Aerial Lineman with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our team in Amarillo, TX. This is a field-based role that involves working on overhead telecom lines, new construction, and maintenance projects.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and related equipmentSafely climb poles and use bucket trucks to perform overhead line workOperate and maintain equipment such as lashers, strand machines, and hand/power toolsRead and interpret construction prints, work orders, and route mapsEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulationsDrive and transport materials and crew to job sites (CDL required)Requirements:Valid CDL Class A or B (Do not apply if you do not have a CDL)Minimum 1 year of experience as an aerial lineman in the telecom or utilities industryAbility to climb poles and work at heights using safety gearKnowledge of fiber optic and coaxial cable installation techniquesAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skillsMust pass background check and drug screeningPreferred Qualifications:OSHA 10 or 30 CertificationCPR/First Aid CertificationExperience with fiber optic splicing (a plus)
