- Schedule: Full-time is defined as three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
- Starting Pay: $28/hour (higher rates based on experience)
- Location: South County, MO
- Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
- Administer and record medications and treatments (excluding parenteral routes) per physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor and document residents' responses to medications and treatments; report concerns to supervisors and physicians.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including changes in condition, skin assessments, cognitive status, and physician visits.
- Support and guide CNAs and CMTs to ensure high-quality care and teamwork.
- Use the Matrix system to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including daily reviews of Open Events, Dashboard, and Facility Reports.
- Communicate professionally with all departments to maintain a positive work environment.
- Report any suspected abuse or neglect immediately to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Perform duties with professionalism, kindness, and respect toward residents, families, and staff.
- Current Missouri LPN license required.
- Familiarity with equipment and procedures necessary to fulfill physician orders.
- Interest in geriatric care and supporting chronically ill or convalescent adults.
- Knowledge of regulations governing extended care facilities.
