We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team at our Milford office location. The Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for leading the production process in their assigned cell, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Test abilities along with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to run automated test stations and interpret test results
- Strong electro-mechanical assembly skills
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Ability to accurately enter transactions in an MRP system
- Leading a team of production workers in the work cell
- Ensuring that production goals are met on time and within budget
- Monitoring and improving production processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Assist other work cells as required
