Pierre Landscape is looking for STQ Support Associate. This position is responsible for ensuring that all field employees are performing in a manner that complies with Pierre’s standards for Safety, Training, and Quality.This position is responsible for performing daily project visits and while on site, checking in with the crews to see if they need any support, guidance, assistance, etc. The STQ Support Associate is also to inspect & ensure full compliance and documentation of all STQ Department’s guidelines and compliance requirements associated with daily performance.Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in the field for the crews (training, guidance, assistance with items, office communications, policies and procedures understanding, etc.)
  • Perform daily quality control inspections around installation practices
  • Perform operational productivity procedures inspections to ensure consistency among all crews/
  • Follow company policies and procedures to improve safety, employee training & development, quality, customer service, & overall operations.
  • Visit jobsites and speak with foreman and crews to ensure they have everything they need to do their job efficiently and up to standard. Ask if they need anything else.
  • Inspect JHAs daily to ensure they are completed accurately based upon the work performed that day
  • Verify safety meetings, stretching and PPE is all being conducted and up to standards.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and compliance
  • Document and take daily photos / videos of projects (In progress, completed items, areas of concern, areas of performance, processes being done, etc.)
  • Report any safety incidents to the Safety department
  • Report any HR issues or concerns to the HR department
  • Report any Equipment issues / noncompliance items to Fleet
  • Report any material issues to Purchasing and any operations issue to Production as needed
  • Work with crews to ensure standards are being met on all operational polices & procedures
  • Conduct trainings of the crews to ensure they are on track with their development plans.
  • Ensure Installation Best Practices are being adhered to daily to drive quality & consistency
  • Work with Manager to provide feedback to all departments.
  • Work with Manager to update any best practices or processes as needed.
  • Will serve as the liaison between the Field and Office operations.
  • Have a valid California Driver License and Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to follow all traffic laws and safety driving practices
  • Ability to research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays using navigation applications to determine the most efficient route
Required Skills:Read, write and understand the English language; bilingual Spanish a must
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Possess a sense of urgency and self-motivation
