- Shift Handover Reports: Handover reports must be accurate and on time, for effective shift-to-shift communication.
- Flawless Uniform: All Team Members must wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed per the Team Member Handbook, while wearing a nametag and smiling at all times.
- Communication: Communication between Team Members should be clear, honest, and professional.

- Advanced Mixology: Create complex craft cocktails using premium spirits, house-made syrups, fresh ingredients, and advanced techniques including muddling, flaming, and molecular mixology
- Recipe Development: Contribute to seasonal cocktail menu development and suggest creative variations on classic cocktails
- Ingredient Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and specialty ingredients including their origins, flavor profiles, and proper applications
- Presentation Standards: Execute flawless presentation including proper glassware selection, garnish preparation, and artistic plating techniques
- Food Service: Take food orders, relay special requests to kitchen staff, and serve meals with proper fine dining etiquette and timing
- Course Coordination: Coordinate beverage pairings with food courses and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Table Service: Provide attentive tableside service including wine service, bread service, and table maintenance when not behind the bar
- Guest Relations: Engage guests with sophisticated conversation about beverages, food pairings, and dining recommendations
- Wine Service: Demonstrate proper wine service techniques including presentation, opening, decanting, and serving at appropriate temperatures
- Wine Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and food pairings to make educated recommendations
- Spirit Education: Educate guests on premium spirits, cocktail history, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience
- Inventory Management: Manage bar inventory including premium spirits, wines, fresh ingredients, and specialty garnishes
- Bar Setup & Maintenance: Maintain immaculate bar setup including proper tool placement, ingredient organization, and equipment calibration
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control for all beverages served
- Equipment Mastery: Operate and maintain advanced bar equipment including espresso machines, wine preservation systems, and specialty cocktai
