- Develop and maintain facility projects as directed including but not limited to work orders, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of facility projects under the direction of the facilities management team
- Assist facilities management in strategic business development activities for company.
- Collaborate with facilities team and vendors
- Monitor and report on facility activities and provide relevant information to company management.
- Participate in meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business development for the company.
- Obtain and manage documents, invoices, agreements, work orders, etc., in relations to facility projects.
- Interact with facilities team and other key stakeholders to help identify facility needed improvements.
- Assist with overcoming facility related obstacles and solving problems.
- Exhibit flexibility when work assignments need to be adjusted to meet service, delivery and workloads of team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Remain proficient in computer program applications, knowledge, and skills.
- Facilities experience preferred
- Specialty Pharmacy or Home Infusion Services experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.
- Experience with information technology a plus.
