As a Jira Solution Architect your role will be to design, build and maintain work systems on the Jira Cloud platform in order to help operations leverage the full potential of the Jira Cloud platform to support their work. You will achieve this by working with skilled and passionate teammates, as well as our trusted partners inside and outside.
You will support a complex ecosystem of geographically distributed teams and processes with one goal in mind: empower these teams to focus on doing their best work and have an amazing experience in Jira.Responsibilities:
Work with PC game producers and operation leads to understand, translate, and perform related Jira Software-based configuration updates to support team goals
Develop and maintain the team's unified views (dashboards, boards, and reporting) in Jira Software work system to support operational reporting at scale
Review, adjust and carry out modifications requested by users for the transformation of their existing work systems
Provide end-user training on Jira Software Cloud native features and popular add-ons such as Structure, EazyBI, and Zephyr Scale
Deploy Jira configuration updates for projects in scope from our sandbox to our production environment, performing various Change Management activities
Design, build and advocate for the adoption of reusable and scalable solutions for specific use cases for game operations tracking on Jira Software Cloud
Author and maintain operational process documentation, runbooks, technical designs and shared standardsRequired Qualifications:
4-6 years experience with Jira Software Cloud
2+ years experience with Structure
Experience working in a Jira Cloud Platform environment at scale (100+ projects, 1,000+ users)
Experience building work systems on the Jira Cloud Platform at the scale of large initiatives composed of several teams, encompassing hundreds of users.
Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Jira Cloud Software and its most popular add-ons (Advanced Planning, Automation, eazyBI, ScriptRunner, Structure, Custom Charts)
Experience participating in large multi-person technical efforts, including hybrid teams composed of full-time employees and 3rd party vendors
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
Excellent remote working skills: you thrive in a hybrid work environment and are very comfortable with asynchronous communication, providing timely and relevant updates on your progress and blockers as they arise.
Excellent English language skills: you are comfortable presenting to large audiences and excel at writing in-depth application how-tos, documenting processes, and producing user-facing documentationDesired Qualifications:
1+ years experience with Groovy scripting with Jira (ScriptRunner)
Proficiency integrating the Jira Platform with Slack for custom multi-platform workflows
Proficiency with Atlassian Analytics
Experience with Atlassian Intelligence and Atlassian Rovo
Experience with configuration management delivery platforms like Salto
Experience in Portfolio Management, Capacity Management and Project Management
Experience in Agile frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS (or equivalent)
Completed the ACP-620 Managing Jira Projects for Cloud Certification
Completed the ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud Certification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceAbout Us:
