You’ll operate as a hands-on design expert, bringing strategic thinking, visual and interaction design excellence, and the emotional maturity to thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in raising the bar for design quality, shaping collaborative product development practices, advancing our systems, and helping us scale thoughtfully.What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product design for customer-facing tools
- Translate complex, often ambiguous requirements into clear design strategies, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions
- Contribute to and evolve our shared design system, partnering with designers and engineers across the org
- Collaborate with Research to validate and inform decisions through research activities like user testing
- Lead early discovery conversations, influence roadmaps, and bring clarity to cross-functional decision-making
- Educate peers and partners on design best practices, fostering deeper collaboration and shared accountability for experience outcomes
- Lead by example through craft, curiosity, systems thinking, and continuous improvement to help the org scale toward a design-driven culture
- 7 to 10 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipping end-to-end, user-centered digital experiences
- Mastery of Figma and demonstrated experience with component-based design systems
- Strong visual design sensibility and interaction design skills across desktop and responsive web
- Proficiency in user research methods, usability testing, and applying insights to shape and refine experiences
- Deep understanding of product thinking and the ability to balance user needs with business priorities
- Experience working in agile or lean environments, and the flexibility to navigate evolving processes
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills across business and technology stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and resilience; able to lead challenging conversations with empathy and clarity
- A mindset rooted in curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Experience designing customer-facing portals or workflow tools in logistics, supply chain, or other complex enterprise domains
- Working on CRM-integrated systems, like Salesforce or similar enterprise stacks
- Exposure to design systems in code
- Remote-first (must be U.S.-based)
- Occasional travel (approximately one to two times per quarter) for in-person collaboration
