- Greet and assist on-site visitors, announces their arrival to the appropriate staff, and ensures adherence to check-in and check-out procedures.
- Receive payments and update account records for walk-in customers.
- Receive deliveries and promptly notify the intended recipients.
- Send and receive information or document via computer, mail, or fax.
- Handle misdirected or returned mail and ensures proper redistribution.
- Monitor and process document scan requests submitted to the SCAN mailbox.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal information for consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience and/or training.
- High school diploma and or/GED
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience handling incoming mail for a medium size mailroom.
