Job Description:The Business Process Project Manager I works closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve key business processes.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in mapping, documenting, and analyzing existing business processes, primarily within Sales Operations and Demand Planning
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline workflows
  • Collect and analyze process performance data; assist in building dashboards and reports for management
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and support project implementations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of process changes and measuring their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support change management efforts, including developing training documentation and communication plans
  • Work with business systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks whenever possible
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in performance management and/or delivery of company products and services
  • 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
