- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and reporting tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices and recommend their implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies for multiple brands or product lines.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Experience in the company's industry or a similar B2B/B2C environment.
- A strong understanding of the company's brands and target audiences.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
- Experience with content marketing and social media strategy development.
- $70,000 salary
