- Design, test, and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits, including PLC and electronic control circuits for machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Install electrical and electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle machinery to replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures.
- Inspect and maintain electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures.
- Utilize various tools and testing instruments to repair and maintain electrical circuits and equipment.
- Lead and direct junior team members as required.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate work records using CMMS software.
- Two-year Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits.
- Solid knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions.
- Computer proficiency for searching parts and logging work in CMMS.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform manual dexterity tasks.
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
