We were established in 2010 and we pride ourselves in delivering great service to our clients and customersAre you looking to achieve excellence, have a positive attitude, goal oriented and metrics driven and like working in a fast-paced environment?Collections experience is a plus, but not required.The key to success is excellent attendance, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a high level of motivation. We are looking for hard-to-find soft skills.We will consider candidates with experience in the following industries:

Job responsibilities include:
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to connect with the consumer
  • Provide stellar Customer Service to each consumer
  • Meet compliance requirements by adhering to all laws governing the debt collection industry.
  • Negotiate with consumers and collect debts
  • Generate revenue and meet revenue goals as a collector
