You’ll work alongside passionate professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and help build a future powered by collaboration and continuous improvement.Bring your energy, your expertise, and your commitment to quality—and let’s build something extraordinary together.How You’ll Make an ImpactLead and mentor quality control technicians to uphold high standards.Oversee quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with specifications.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality engineering tools.Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes and test results in SAP.Report quality metrics and communicate performance insights to leadership.Conduct audits and inspections to verify process compliance.Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.Deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and capability.
