The in-office days are subject to business needs. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as required. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, annual budgeting, preparation of earnings guidance, and other required finance-related duties for a publicly traded company.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed.   • Maintain and update various financial metrics and ratios to assist management in the evaluation of business performance, including labor and capital expenditures. Review the analysis performed by the Financial Analyst I and Financial Analyst II.
  • Partner with the business to prepare budgets and forecasts for assigned P&L categories
  • Perform financial analysis of Internal Use Software spend
  • Support the earnings release process, including the preparation of financial statement forecasts
  • Assist with driving cross-functional efforts and research related to strategic sales initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to prepare sales forecast, pipeline reports, and sales territory alignment
  • Display strong work ethic with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment in a structured and organized manner
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare board and/or executive level strategic and financial presentations
  • Other ad hoc analyses and financial modeling upon manager request
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required with focus in Accounting or Finance preferred; other quantitative-focused majors may be considered. CPA or other professional designation strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of corporate finance experience, exposure to a public company environment a plus
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
Physical requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.
