- Proactively research and reach out to potential clients via compelling cold calls and persuasive emails.
- Present the business impact of scent marketing and air purification to captivate potential clients.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to seek out new business opportunities within major markets across North America.
- Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and our Regional Account Executives.
- Report sales results to the Sales Manager, providing valuable industry and market insights.
- Stay at the forefront of customer experience trends in the hospitality, real estate, retail, gaming, fitness, and senior living industries.
- Collaborate with fellow business development teammates on creative prospecting initiatives.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to build rapport, and generate interest in our products and services.
- A talent for persuading and delivering captivating presentations.
- A highly motivated sales-oriented person who is driven by hitting their goals and thrives on success.
- BA/BS degree preferred or some experience in Marketing or Sales. Sales internships will be considered.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis programs.
- Tech savvy, with proficiency in using MS Office, Excel, and Teams.
