
Program Manager II- Kern National Network for Flourishing

- Manage a portfolio of strategic partner accounts and/or programs from initial engagement through ongoing implementation, ensuring relationship quality, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor program managers and coordinators by assigning accounts, monitoring workload, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Develop and implement partners' success strategies, including feedback loops, satisfaction surveys, and renewal pathways to ensure long-term partnership growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth working between teams.
- Monitor account-level financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure budget alignment and delivery efficiency.
- Track deadlines for program deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, departmental, and institutional policies.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data.
- Coordinate the development of program materials, including educational materials, marketing materials, presentations, forms, and reports.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
- Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
- Oversee training for program participants.
- Coordinate and manage program outreach activities, including acting as a liaison with external partners.
- Ensure program data and progress are reported internally and to program stakeholders.
- Participate in appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession or area of research.
- Other duties as assigned

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum experience: 8 yearsPreferred Qualifications:Preferred education: Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management
Preferred experience: Experience in consulting, client success, or account-based projects delivery, previous supervisory experience
Preferred certification/licensure(s): Project Management Professional [PMP], Certified ScrumMaster®, or similarWhy MCW?
